In our mobile application you can find all the information about the activities   and tours that you will find in our park, you can buy your tickets and book tours, give your opinion about our service and recommend us to your family and friends.

 

Our mobile application only collects your email and your name, your location is optional but if you decide to share it, it is stored just like your others  data on our 100% secure servers, you can consult our privacy policy here : https://www.aktun-chenpark.com/politica-de-privacidad , your location is used by our location to give you a route to get to our park.

We use your email and your name to create a personalized profile with which you can safely make your purchase and keep track of your tickets and reservations to the park.

We do not collect data from your credit cards, Aktun Chen App uses 100% secure payment gateways such as PAYPAL AND STRIPE, two global companies that provide their interconnection services with credit institutions and it is they through their platform who collect your bank statement.

We also give you the facility of only reserving your tickets and paying at the park entrance.
